Wednesday: Red, White, and Who?

I feel guilty. I didn’t actually wear this to school. And now, seeing the photos again, I regret that decision like, 80%. The thing is, I have made the recent discovery that my school is a giant ice box this year. Wearing anything but a sweater and skinny jeans kills. Now that’s subject to change in the future, but today was no exception. So even though this is not officially my Wednesday outfit, I want to share it with you because its just so cute.

I took a risk with this outfit in the fact that I cut my morning routine in half. I have on minimal makeup (eye pencil instead of liquid liner, no foundation, no lip color) and my hair is down with no heat treatment whatsoever. Actually, I don’t think I even combed it for these photos.

I love these shorts, given to my by my second eldest brother’s girlfriend. They’re high rise, which I always love, but I aslo think that you can’t really get shorts like these anywhere. They’re very fun and original, and one of my favorite hand me down pieces. If you’re reading, thanks Emma!
