Tuesday: In the AfterNunes

Tuesday is when I let myself dress up a little. It’s nothing major; I just pulled out my red maxi skirt from Charlotte Russe and a fitted band tee to create a really cool, indie look. I took a very dark berry lip and blended it with a peach lipstick for a subtle but noticable color.

This shirt is actually from a Walk Off the Earth Concert, and Julia opened the show for them along with another band whose name escapes me. Anyway, I got to meet her and she signed my shirt on the shoulder! It was a great night, and a really cool tee to boot.

So if you’re struggling with how to dress up a tee for school, or how to dress down a really cute skirt, put the two together! It’s an awesome casual look that can go day to night.
